Hi, I’m Kandin!

Tarot reader of 8 years. Earnest student of energy work and magic since 2020. Creative force since 1991.

While I have completed many courses and intensives, and I hold various degrees, I believe that my proficiency in straddling the line between the physical and immaterial has really come from the testing of time and my own experience. While some folks are born onto this Earth plane with a distinct and sometimes unsettling ability to perceive beyond the veil, my own abilities were “re-remembered” through initiation and transformative experiences through experienced teachers and my own dogged practice and determination to “figure it all out.” One of my teachers used to say that all of our work together had “ripenings.” In other words, the fruits of our labor would come on its own timeline, not in tandem with my eager desire to arrive. In the last year or so, I have come into many of these ripenings with the resigned realization that the only thing standing between me and what I have wanted is my own self-doubt. In other words: my trusting, gentle relationship to myself. 

The turn from relying on outer authority to being settled in our inner authority is one of the biggest challenges our own society faces. Growing up, I was taught to “go to God” with whatever ailed me: mental, physical or emotional. And from that place, I was meant to wait on an external signal to tell me that everything was ok. But what if everything you needed was already inside of you? What if all you needed was a little bit of support to find it? My best and most fruitful relationships have been with guides who believed that I did, in fact, have the power to change and transform my own life. And it all started with how much work and belief in myself I wanted to put in. It all started with me.

Why am I telling you all of this? Because in the age of information and intellectual understanding, I need you to know that I prioritize, above all else, the process of embodiment. I may give you readings where you come into new understandings or have incredible flashes of insight. They are beautiful and important. But they are only the beginning. I am most invested in supporting you on your journey of soulful manifestation, and I know what it’s like to embark on this journey. It can be difficult, frustrating, long, joyful, exciting, beautiful, painful, emotional, fast-paced, quick, slow, everything. In my own journey, embodiment has taken time; it has taken patience; it has required my dedication. Some people experience spontaneous healing. Some people have to wake up every day and do the thing. You can call it dharma or your unique soul’s journey. Everyone has a different road to travel. Whatever your journey may be, I pray that I may meet you exactly where you are and help point you in the direction of the many possibilities of where you can go. I pray that you find gentleness and ease and healing. I pray you receive the support that you need.

I carry with me the power of a loving witness, a gentle heart, and the gracious and healing energies of spirit. Your spirit guides, your wise and kind ancestors, and an incredible collective of compassionate and loving beings are rooting for you! The universe is on your side.
